This was my first time making clafoutis and it turned out great! The pears were perfectly tender and the custard was rich and creamy. I will definitely be making this again.

I'm not usually a fan of clafoutis, but this pear version was really good. The pears added a nice sweetness and texture.

I had some trouble getting the clafoutis to set. I think I may have overcooked it. But the flavor was still good.

This pear clafoutis was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less sugar. Otherwise, it was a good dessert.
