PECAN CHEESE LOG image

Yield Serves a crowd

Number Of Ingredients 5

2-8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
2 TB each of diced green peppers, spring onions, spring onion tops and lemon juice
2 oz pimientos with juice
8 oz chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients except the pecans. The cheese mixture is then put into whatever shape you want. The mixture is then rolled in the pecans or the pecans placed onto the mixture depending on the shape and refrigerated overnight for the flavors to blend.
