This sandwich is a great way to use up leftover pizza toppings. I also like to add a fried egg on top for an extra burst of flavor.

This sandwich is a little too greasy for my taste. I think I'll try using less butter next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my sandwiches didn't turn out as good as I hoped. The cheese didn't melt properly and the bread was too crispy. Maybe I'll try again with a different recipe.

I'm not a big fan of bell peppers, so I used spinach instead. It worked out great and added a nice pop of color to the sandwich.

My grilled sandwiches turned out a bit soggy. I think I might have overstuffed them. Any tips on how to avoid that next time?
