Perfect Spinachberry Salad image

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
¼ small red onion, sliced thin
2 cups candied walnuts
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 (4 ounce) container crumbled feta cheese

Steps:

  • Combine the spinach, strawberries, onion, and walnuts in a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the mixture and toss to coat evenly. Add the feta cheese and re-toss to combine.
