2 cups shrimp (hipon), peeled and cleaned
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp powdered pepper
3 tbsp cooking oil
salt to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Saute garlic, then add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper and salt.
  • 2. Bring to a boil then add shrimp. Simmer until done.
  • 3. Serve the Shrimp Adobo with steamed white rice.
