I put several recipes together to make one that i liked. I know it is not the true Cuban picadillo, but my family loves this recipe.

Steps:
- 1. Put olive oil in skillet and light brown onions. Then add peppers and brown some more. Add very fine cubed potatoes.
- 2. In the meantime brown ground beef in another skillet. Once lightly browned, drain fat and break in little pieces. Once it is complete add to onions, peppers and potatoes. Add all dry spices, bouillon, bay leaves and stir well. Stir in vinegar and sherry. Add tomato, olives, raisins, and Worcester sauce
- 3. Keep on cooking until potatoes are cooked and the whole dish is browned.
