I love spicy food, so I added a little bit of cayenne pepper to my sauce. It gave it a nice kick without being too overpowering.

This sauce is a flavor explosion! The pineapple and coconut flavors are so rich and tropical. I love it on grilled chicken or fish, but it would also be great on pork or shrimp.
