Pineapple-Banana Smoothie image

1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple in juice
1 banana
1 6-ounce container plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
Grated nutmeg

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine crushed pineapple with juice, banana, yogurt, and ice cubes. Puree until smooth. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve.
