Pineapple Carrot Smoothie image

I am not a veggie person, but have been looking for a way to get my veggie in. This is a good smoothie.

1/2 cup pineapple chunk
1 cup soymilk (vanilla or regular)
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup pineapple juice
honey

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
