Pineapple Glaze image

Steps:

  • Mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt in 1-quart saucepan. Stir in pineapple, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. This glaze was a bit too sweet for me, but it was still good. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.
