PMS Turtle Cookie Pies :) image

I really don't know what to call these..lol..but most women really want something sweet & chocolaty around "that time of the month" So..until I can think of a better name..this is what they are called. My daughters & I were baking in the kitchen & made these up as I went..not to bad for a 1st draft.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 pkg turtle break & bake cookies (or any flavor you want)
2 box chocolate pudding prepared as directed
1 pkg butterscotch chips
1 jar(s) caramel sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2. Break & bake cookies should come in 24 pcs. If not cut in 1/2 to make 24. Place in a greased MINI muffin pan. Bake 15 minutes.
  • 3. While baking cookies, Prepare pudding as directions say.
  • 4. Remove Cookies from oven. press down centers to form cups. (melon baller or similar object works best) Let cool for about 10 mins or so before removing. remove before completely cooled though so if u tear cookie you can gently press back together. Once removed, let cool completely.
  • 5. Fill cookie cups with pudding. place 3 or so butterscotch chips on each. Drizzle with caramel sauce..Enjoy :)
