I was a little disappointed with these fish bites. The flavor was good, but they were a bit dry.

The basa maple bites were easy to make and very tasty. I used a bit less maple syrup than the recipe called for and they were still plenty sweet.

These basa maple bites were a hit! The marinade was sweet and tangy, and the grilling gave them a nice smoky flavor. I served them with a side of roasted vegetables and a dollop of sour cream, and everyone loved them.
