Steps:
- Préchauffer le four à 220°C (thermostat 7-8). Laver les pommes de terre sans les éplucher. Les essuyer.
- Couper les pommes de terre en deux dans le sens de la longueur. A l'aide d'un couteau, faire des croisillons d'environ 1cm de profondeur.
- Mettre un peu de beurre, une goutte d'huile, saler, poivrer chacune des pommes de terre. Les mettre sur une plaque et les faire cuire pendant 45 min au four.
