I made this sandwich for a party and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved it. The catfish was crispy and flaky, and the remoulade sauce was perfect. I will definitely be making this again.

My poor boy sandwich turned out amazing! The catfish was crispy and flaky, and the remoulade sauce was tangy and creamy. The bread was soft and held up well to the sandwich's fillings. I will definitely be making this again and again.

The poor boy sandwich was easy to make and very tasty. I used tilapia instead of catfish, and it turned out great. The remoulade sauce was also very good. I will definitely be making this again.

This poor boy sandwich was a hit! The flavors of the fried catfish, remoulade sauce, and pickles were perfectly balanced. The bread was soft and fluffy, and it held up well to the sandwich's fillings. I will definitely be making this again!
