Steps:
- 1. Rinse & Slice veggies, and prepare Italian tomato sauce by adding dried oregano, thyme, and garlic to canned tomato sauce.
- 2. Spread 2 Tbls sauce across bottom of pizza dough. Add sliced bell peppers, onions, pepperoni, top with liberal amt of mozzarella & sparse amt cheddar cheese.
- 3. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees until edges are browned and cheese is bubbly. Remove let cool 5 minutes before serving.
