I'm not a huge fan of pork chops, but these were really good. The sauce was flavorful and the pork chops were cooked perfectly.

This recipe was easy to follow and the pork chops turned out great. I used a boneless pork chop and it cooked evenly. The sauce was tasty, but I did add a little more brown sugar than the recipe called for.
