- 1. Lay pork chops in a single layer in a large baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with potatoes and put the velveeta cheese and margarine cut up on top. Pour the milk over and salt and pepper. Bake @ 400 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
