Pork Chops 'N' Kraut image

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 pork chops, lean and thick
1 quart sauerkraut
1 15 ounce can diced tomato
Salt/pepper/seasonings

Steps:

  • Brown seasoned pork chops in a small amount of olive or vegetable oil. Place chops in baking dish or Dutch Oven. Cover with sauerkraut and tomatoes. Bake at 350°F for one hour in the oven, or place covered Dutch Oven on 4-6 briquets with 18-22 briquets on the lid for 50-60 minutes.
