Pork Chops With Apples and Raisins image

This is a recipe from Tyler Florence which I have had good success with. It is pretty easy, you just need to plan a little ahead of time as this needs a couple of hours for the pork chops to soak in the brine. I like to serve this with wild rice.

I've made this dish with both boneless and bone-in pork chops. I prefer the bone-in pork chops because they have more flavor.
