PORK CHOPS WITH LEMON SLICES
I love pork and I love lemons so when I saw this recipe in an old sorority cookbook I had to try it. Now it is a family favorite and it is super easy ! I serve it with steamed broccoli and rice pilaf.

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Brown pork chops in a skillet.
- 3. Place pork in a 13X9 greased baking pan and top with lemon slices.
- 4. Mix sauce ingredients together in small bowl.
- 5. Pour sauce mixture over chops and lemon slices.
- 6. Bake 40-45 min. or till tender.
