I'm not a big fan of fennel, but I decided to give this recipe a try anyway. I'm glad I did! The fennel flavor was subtle and not overpowering. The gratin was rich and creamy, and the crispy top was the perfect finishing touch. I'll definitely be mak

This was delicious! I used a mandoline to slice the potatoes and fennel, which made it really easy to assemble. The gratin baked up perfectly and was the perfect side dish for our roasted chicken. Thanks for sharing!

I love this recipe! It's so easy to make and the results are always delicious. I usually add a little bit of grated Parmesan cheese to the top before baking, which makes it even more decadent.

Meh, it was okay. The fennel was a bit too strong for my taste, and the gratin was a little too heavy. I think I'll stick to my regular potato gratin recipe next time.
