This pudding is a great way to use up leftover apples. I always have a few apples that are about to go bad, so I make this pudding to use them up.

I'm not a big fan of maple syrup, but this pudding was still really good. The apples were perfectly cooked and the pudding was very creamy.

The pudding was a little too sweet for my taste, but I think I just added too much maple syrup. Next time I'll use a little less.
