1-1/2 pounds ground beef
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth
1-1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
1 can (6 ounces) tomato sauce
1/3 cup diced onion
1 small green pepper, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
