puffy pancakes image

This recipe is great when you have guests staying over. It is quick & easy. Puffy pancakes tastes between a crepe and a pancake .Top with your favorite fruits and enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 c butter, softened
1 c milk
1 c all-purpose flour
1 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
top with powdered sugar
top with fruit

Steps:

  • 1. place butter in a 13x9" baking pan.heat in a 425* oven until melted.
  • 2. whisk remaining ingredients together
  • 3. pour over butter, without mixing.
  • 4. bake at 425* for 20 minutes.
  • 5. sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving
  • 6. add fruit as desired
