1 pie crusts or 1 pastry crust, parbaked
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Fill parbaked shells and bake until set.
  • Any filling you wish to use.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
