Quick and Easy Chili Dip image

For an easy, tasty dip to make for a crowd, try this one. Rather than preparing this dip on the stovetop, you could heat it in a slow cooker without fuss.

2 (15 ounce) cans chili with beans
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup chunky salsa
1 (13 ounce) can roast beef, shredded
1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Place chili, cream cheese, salsa, and roast beef in a large saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally until the mixture comes to a slow boil. Serve with chips and enjoy!
