Steps:
- 1. Brown beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat, for about 5 minutes.
- 2. Stir in tomatoes, soy sauce, chili powder, and 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in macaroni, cover and simmer for 10-12 min or until macaroni is tendered, yet firm, stirring once.
