QUICK MICROWAVE S'MORES
I've had this 'recipe' for years. It's a fun twist on standard s'mores and is faster and less messy. And.......the grand kids can make their own.

Steps:
- 1. Break graham cracker in half crosswise. Place one half on small paper plate or microwavable plate; top with marshmallow.
- 2. Spread remaining 1/2 of cracker with fudge sauce.
- 3. Place cracker with marshmallow in microwave. Microwave at HIGH 12 to 14 seconds or until marshmallow puffs up.
- 4. Immediately place remaining cracker, fudge side down, over marshmallow. Press crackers gently to even out marshmallow layer.
- 5. Cool completely.
