Steps:
- Cook mince with onion
- Add paprika to meat at end of cooking
- Mix milk and sour cream
- Layer as follows: Sauerkraut, Meat mix, rice, sausage, milk/cream
- Repeat layers until all used
- Cook in oven at 350F/180C for 45mins covered (less if uncovered)
