2 1/2 c fresh raspberries
1/3 c sugar
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 pinch of salt
2 c whipping cream

Pour another third of the whipped cream mixture in the 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Spoon another 1/3 of the raspberries over the top and swirl in with chopstick or end of wooden spoon. Repeat one more time.
  • 5. Cover pan with plastic wrap and place in freezer 4-5 hours.

This ice cream is a bit too icy for my taste. I would recommend letting it thaw for a few minutes before eating it.

The ice cream didn't turn out as creamy as I had hoped. I think I may have overmixed it.
