Raspberry-Poppy Seed Salad image

Raspberries, romaine and kiwi create a perfect combo for a splash of poppy seed dressing.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon poppy seed
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 bag (10 oz) heart of romaine salad mix (about 10 cups)
2 cups fresh raspberries
2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced and cut in half
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • In small bowl, beat all dressing ingredients with wire whisk.
  • In large bowl, toss all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Serve immediately.
