Steps:
- 1. In an 8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, mix all ingredients except bacon. Cover.
- 2. Bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated 375-degree oven. Top with bacon; bake, uncovered another 5 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- 3. NOTE: May substitute Mayonnaise for the sour ceam--or even cream cheese! Yummy!
