- Abre el aguacate por la mitad, saca la pulpa y pásala a un recipiente mediano, según el tamaño del aguacate. Con un tenedor, presiona el aguacate hasta convertirlo en una pasta homogénea. Exprime media lima sobre la pasta de aguacate que has triturado previamente. Corta el cilantro, lo más fino que puedas con un cuchillo y añádelo a la pasta. Corta la mitad de la cebolla lo más pequeña que puedas (mucho más fácil con un cuchillo grande) y añádela a la pasta. Añade el tomate y los chiles picados lo más pequeños que puedas si quieres disfrutar de la tradicional. Revuelve todo y ¡ya está!, ¿ves que fácil?, hay personas que le añaden ajo también (pero a mi personalmente no me gusta ya que su sabor queda más fuerte y ¡no es el guacamole tradicional!).
