Red Cabbage Salad image

One of my favourite restaurants (Northwoods Inn) makes a red cabbage salad that I really love. So I decided to try and replicate what they serve. This salad is simple. You can also make big batches of it as it keeps fresh for quite a while. Its perfect for spring and summer as its cool and refreshing.
