1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunk
4 apples
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot (optional)

Steps:

  • Juice all, (I use Vita-Mix).
  • Strain if necessary for smooth texture.
  • Garnish with crushed ice and mint leaves.
  • Serve at once.
