1 red bell pepper, seeded and cubed
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place bell pepper, vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper into a blender. Puree until smooth.
