Red River Beef Stroganoff image

Thirty years ago I spent several weeks at a beautiful mountain lodge in Red River, New Mexico. When we arrived, the aroma of this dish greeted us. It was delicious, so I asked for the recipe and it's been a favorite ever since. Nowadays, my married daughter likes to prepare it for her family.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. The beef is always tender and the sauce is always flavorful. I highly recommend this recipe.

This recipe was a disappointment. The beef was tough and the sauce was bland. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

The sauce was a little too tangy for my taste, but other than that, this recipe was great. I will definitely be making it again, but I will use less sour cream next time.

I love how easy this recipe is to make. I was able to get dinner on the table in under an hour. The beef stroganoff was also very affordable to make, which is a bonus.

This beef stroganoff recipe is a keeper! The sauce was rich and creamy, and the beef was tender and flavorful. I served it over egg noodles, and it was a hit with my family. I will definitely be making this again.
