2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix

8 thin slices cooked corned beef (about 8 oz)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)

These Reuben Fold-Overs were a little bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would have preferred them if they had been baked instead of fried.

I'm not a fan of Thousand Island dressing, so I used ranch dressing instead. It was a great substitute.

These Reuben Fold-Overs are delicious! The only thing I would change is to use a different type of cheese. I used cheddar cheese and it was a little too sharp.

These Reuben Fold-Overs were delicious! The only thing I would change is to use a different type of bread. I used white bread and it was a little too soft.
