I'm not a big fan of sauerkraut, so I omitted it from the recipe. The spread was still very good.

I couldn't find Thousand Island dressing at the store, so I used Russian dressing instead. It worked just fine.

The spread was too runny for my liking. I had to add more bread crumbs to thicken it up.

I found that the spread was a bit too salty for my taste. I would recommend using less salt than the recipe calls for.
