Rice Noodle Bake image

One of my cobbled together meals from a nearly bare pantry. Gluten free, easy to put together and very healthy, open to changes, can be made vegetarian, I like to serve with lemon/oregano chicken which gives a nice counterbalance to the creaminess of the bake.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my dish didn't turn out very good. The noodles were overcooked and the sauce was too thin.

I followed the recipe exactly and the dish turned out great! The only thing is that it was a bit too spicy for my kids. Next time I'll use less chili powder.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I think it could use more seasoning.

I'm not a huge fan of rice noodles, but this dish was surprisingly good! The sauce was flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly.

This was a great recipe! The only thing I would change is to add more vegetables.

I love that this dish is so versatile. You can add different vegetables, proteins, or even different types of noodles. It's a great way to use up leftovers, too!

The sauce in this dish is amazing! It's so rich and flavorful, and it really coats the rice noodles perfectly.

I was skeptical about this dish, but it turned out to be a hit! The rice noodles cooked perfectly, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. I added some extra vegetables, and it was a great way to get my kids to eat their veggies. Definitely a keeper!
