Roasted Grape Tomatoes image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 pints grape tomatoes
12 sprigs fresh thyme
4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Coarse salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Assemble grape tomatoes on a baking sheet and cover with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bake until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with goat cheese and crackers.
