So I started working on my "food memory" of this dish and have tweaked it over the years. This is the final version. They go well...

I'm not a big fan of rosemary, but I still enjoyed these potatoes. The caramelized onions were delicious.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my potatoes didn't turn out crispy at all. They were still delicious, but not what I was expecting.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. I think it needed more seasoning.

These potatoes were a little too oily for my taste. I think I would try roasting them with less oil next time.

These potatoes were a hit at my dinner party! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with a delicious rosemary flavor. The caramelized onions added a touch of sweetness and complexity. I will definitely be making these again.
