I'm not a huge fan of hummus, but I really enjoyed this dish. The roasted vegetables were flavorful and the couscous was cooked perfectly. I would definitely make this again, even without the hummus.

This was a great recipe! I used a variety of roasted vegetables, including carrots, potatoes, and onions. The hummus was also very good, and I liked that it was made with tahini instead of mayonnaise.

This dish was easy to make and very delicious. I used a store-bought hummus, but I think it would be even better if you made your own. I would definitely recommend this recipe.
