I'm not a huge fan of rocket, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try anyway. I'm so glad I did! The rocket flavor was subtle, and the ricotta and potato really balanced it out. I'll definitely be making this again.

This frittata is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I had some leftover broccoli and cauliflower, and they worked perfectly in this recipe. The frittata was hearty and filling, and it was the perfect dinner for a busy weeknight.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my frittata turned out a little dry. I think I might have overcooked it. I'll try it again, but I'll cook it for a shorter amount of time.

This frittata was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some chopped sun-dried tomatoes or olives next time to give it a little more flavor.

This is my new favorite frittata recipe! The rocket adds a nice peppery flavor, and the ricotta makes it so creamy. I also love that it's a one-pan meal. Cleanup is a breeze!
