- 1. Brown first three ingredients and set aside to drain on paper towel.
- 2. Chop broccoli, lettuce and green onions.
- 3. Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- 4. Mix all ingredients together just before serving.
