This marmalade is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I love it on toast, but it's also great as a filling for pies and tarts.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my marmalade didn't set properly. I'm not sure what went wrong. Maybe I didn't cook it long enough?

This marmalade is a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. I added a bit of lemon juice to balance it out, and it was much more enjoyable.
