1 red grapefruit (peeled and deseeded)
1 kiwi
1 Tbsp ground flax seed
2 bananas
2 c fresh baby spinach
2 tsp stevia (optional)
1/2 c water

Steps:

  • 1. Adding the stevia for sweetness is optional because the kiwi and bananas provide their own sweet flavor to counter the tart flavor of the grapefruit.
