Smoky mezcal and an unusual liqueur are the stars of this flavorful cocktail. You'll shake the mezcal with amaro, lime juice, and simple syrup, and then top it off with a splash of ginger beer and a floater of Malort® liqueur. There's so much going on in this cocktail. It's like nothing you've tasted before. Garnish with fresh mint and a wedge of lime. This exciting cocktail is the signature drink at Simone's in Chicago.

This cocktail is a great way to use up leftover grapefruit juice. I always have a bottle of grapefruit juice in my fridge, and this is a great way to use it up before it goes bad.

I'm not usually a fan of vodka cocktails, but this one is really good. The grapefruit and lemon add a nice tartness that balances out the vodka.

This cocktail is a fun and refreshing way to enjoy a summer day. The combination of vodka, lemon, and grapefruit is perfect, and the soda water adds a nice fizzy touch. I also love the addition of the mint, which gives the drink a nice herbal flavor.
