2 (20) oz cans chunk pineapple

I'm not a big fan of pineapple, but I loved this casserole. The cheese and Ritz crackers really balance out the sweetness.

The casserole was a little too dry for my taste. I think I'll add some extra milk next time.

I'm allergic to pineapple, so I used canned peaches instead. It was still delicious!

Ruth's Hot Pineapple Cheese Casserole is a 10/10! It's incredibly easy to make and has an amazing flavor combination. The pineapple adds sweetness, the cheese adds richness, and the Ritz crackers give it a satisfying crunch. I highly recommend this r
