1 head soft-leaf lettuce (like bibb or Boston)
Minced Bermuda onion to taste
1 dozen pitted calamata olives, sliced
1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and toss.
